Choose your delivery time windows We offer four standard delivery windows: Morning: 7:00am – 10:00am Lunch: 11:00am – 2:00pm Afternoon: 2:00pm – 5:00pm Evening: 5:00pm – 7:00pm Deliveries outside of these hours are available for an additional €15.00 Please note, if you require a specific delivery time, you can add this at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. We understand that plans can change. Orders can be amended or cancelled within a 2-hour grace period from the time of booking. After this period, we may no longer be able to accommodate.  That said, if you have any last-minute requests, we will always do our best to help where possible, subject to availability.

We kindly ask for 48 hours notice for all orders. However, if you have a last-minute request, feel free to contact us at hello@cateringpg.com , we will always do our best to accommodate your event, subject to availability. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

All food is freshly prepared on the day of delivery or collection, & is best enjoyed on the day it is received.

We do everything possible to make your experience with us exceptional. You will receive a call to confirm the details the day before your delivery/collection. We will follow up afterwards to ensure everything is perfect.
