FOOD & PRODUCTS
We understand that plans can change. Orders can be cancelled within a 2-hour grace period from the time of booking.
After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept cancellations, as preparation and planning for your order may already be underway.
For orders placed with less than 48 hours’ notice, the 2-hour grace period does not apply.
For bookings made via invoice, once the invoice has been issued and the booking confirmed by our team, it is considered final and due for payment. A 2-hour grace period applies from the time the invoice is issued, after which cancellations cannot be processed.
We understand that plans can change. Orders can be amended within a 2-hour grace period from the time of booking.
After this period, we may no longer be able to accommodate:
changes to the selected delivery date, time or address
cancellations
reductions or removal of items from the order
This is because preparation and scheduling may already be underway.
That said, if you have any last-minute requests, we will always do our best to help where possible, subject to availability.
At Petit Gourmet, we are unable to reserve or hold future dates without a confirmed order. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
Please note that during busy periods, dates may become unavailable once we reach capacity.

To secure your order, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments made through our website are processed automatically via Wix for your convenience.

If a credit is issued, it can be redeemed in a single transaction and is valid for 3 months from the date of issue, unless of course stated otherwise.
We kindly ask that credits are used within this time frame. Any re-booking will be subject to availability, and we will always do our best to accommodate your preferred date.
Please note that all items are non-returnable, including perishable food products and digital gift cards.
We kindly ask that all orders are checked at the time of delivery or collection to ensure everything is correct. Ideally, the person who placed the order should be present to receive it.
If anything is incorrect or missing, please let us know at that moment so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. Where the issue is on our side, we will of course put things right. In some cases, we may ask for a photo to help us assess the situation.
Once the order has been received and accepted, responsibility for the items passes to the customer. While we may not be able to guarantee a solution after this point, we will always do our best to assist where possible.
We kindly ask that all items are checked at the time of delivery or collection to ensure everything is as expected. Ideally, the person who placed the order should be present to receive it.
Once the order has been received, it will be considered accepted. From that point, responsibility for the items passes to the customer.
If there is any issue with your order, please let us know at the time of delivery or collection so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. Where the issue is on our side, we will of course put things right. In some cases, we may ask for a photo to help us assess the situation.
While we may not be able to guarantee a solution for issues reported after this stage, we will always do our best to assist where possible.
Petit Gourmet gift card credit is valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable, and can be redeemed exclusively on the Petit Gourmet Catering website.
